Archbishop Pinder visits St Thomas More School

Archbishop Patrick Pinder paid a courtesy call on the students and faculty of St Thomas More Catholic Primary School today.

The students as well as faculty were very anxious to see the Archbishop as it was evident in the hard work and preparation put into the event. The children sang songs and recited poetry, as well as the school's marching band played a spectacular number for the Archbishop.

Archbishop Pinder was just as happy to be present and thanked the students and faculty. He also went on to give a brief history of St Thomas More and his role in the Church.

When all was said and done it was back to work as normal for the students but not until they presented the Archbishop a small token of their appreciation for him being present with them on what turned out to be a beautiful sunny day.
