Graduation Exodus Mass for New Providence Schools 2012

On Wednesday, June 6, 2012 The Catholic Board of Education of the Bahamas held its 2012 Graduation Exodus Mass for the 6th grade students of New Providence. The service was held at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, West St, with Archbishop Patrick Pinder conducting the service while congratulatory remarks came from the Director of Catholic Education, Mrs. Claudette Rolle.

Among those who will be saying goodbye to their Primary School years is my son "Kevan Knowles III" who graduated from St. Thomas More Primary School with honours. He will be joining his sister and cousins at Aquinas College, where both of his parents also attended.

It's not easy saying goodbye to what is familiar to you (your school, your teachers and friends), but as Archbishop Pinder expressed to the graduating class, "you will be venturing to new experiences, with a new school, new teachers and making new friends." Congratulations Class of 2012!
